Responsibilities

  • Responsible for profitable sales and distribution of all products
  • Assist Business Development Manager with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities
  • Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service
  • Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status
  • Assist with planning & execution of marketing activities
  • Analyse inventory levels and place order with supply partners according to customer’s requirement
  • Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries
  • Follow up with customers for invoices due
  • Maintain updated price list
  • Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum related work experience in IT Hardware and Sales Coordinating
  • Good command of English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
  • Only Singaporean/PR need apply
