Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and provide full technical support to ad-hoc/ maintenance customer
  • Possess basic experience in LAN/WAN network administration of CLI switches, firewall administration and wireless access point
  • Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues promptly. Respondand coordinate system fault recovery activities and cyber security incidents
  • Deploy, manage and maintain software and database
  • Apply patches, upgrades and configuration or other procedures as required
  • Manage proper backup is performed and restored in periodically basis
  • Must be able to travel all over the island

Responsibilities

  • Pull cable (network, telephone), UTP (testing) / fiber (splicing) and commissioning, termination of module, fiber optic and patch panel;
  • Installation of CCTV, AP, Door Access, Phone System;
  • Able to interpret drawings;
  • Provide daily/routine indoor and outdoor maintenance service to customers;
  • Follow site safety and disciplinary procedures;
  • Must be able to travel all over Singapore;
  • Other work assigned by Manager;

  • Responsible for profitable sales and distribution of all products
  • Assist Business Development Manager with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities
  • Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service
  • Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status
  • Assist with planning & execution of marketing activities
  • Analyse inventory levels and place order with supply partners according to customer’s requirement
  • Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries
  • Follow up with customers for invoices due
  • Maintain updated price list
  • Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations of HR and Admin functions;
  • To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging
    interviews, on‐boarding, orientation and off‐boarding process);
  • Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues and other government bodies as well
    as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
  • Work closely with Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale,
    and increase productivity and retention;
  • Attending to employee queries on all HR matters – resolve workplace conflicts, disciplinary
    issue, termination, etc.;
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records;
  • Systematic documentation of files;
  • Any other ad‐hoc duties as assigned;
